  • 7-Day Exchange: We offer a 7-day exchange policy for any manufacturing defects. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if the item is damaged.

  • No Returns on Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

  • Parcel Opening: We strongly recommend customers record an unboxing video. This serves as proof in case of damages during transit and ensures a smooth exchange process.

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for "change of mind." However, a store credit or exchange can be issued (delivery charges for the return will be borne by the customer).

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or promotion are final and cannot be exchanged.
